I can not find some BTpro servers. What happened

We are experiencing some technical problems with some servers. In specific we have some MySQL database problems.

Please bear with us while we try to fix the problems, unfortunatly we don't have any indications on how long it will take :-( we are doing our best to fix it ASAP.
