So, today I was playing a bit on server K#1, and thought I could grow 2 cities and connect them. Having set up a perfect swastika layout, funded and power funded the cities, this guy comes along and chooses to make a short passenger line from it and makes roads everywhere, effectively blocking my plans. At a map where there is 1700 towns to choose from.

Short lines aren't always sabotage, but building roads like that could be considered blocking, so he could have called us for that!

The line was short for this kind of server, but I wouldn't say he did anyting illegal. There already was an admin present who saw it anyway.
